Our Mission

Our mission is to strengthen the local homebuilding industry by providing a forum of networking, education, activism and leadership while meeting the demands of the area’s growing housing needs.

As the High Point Area Builders Association, an affiliate of the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders, being founded in 1982, and being a non-profit trade organization, representing all segments of the building and associated industries in the Greater High Point area, we will do this by:

• Serving as the voice of our members by being a proactive influence in the local, state, and national legislative and regulatory process
• Promoting a balance of responsible growth and environmental awareness in order to maintain a positive economic future for the area
• Conducting educational programs, disseminating trade and technical information and promoting member products and services.
