- These courses are scheduled to be in person. Should COVID-19 protocols change, those will be followed (class size, distancing, etc.). If the courses need to be moved to a virtual platform, we will contact everyone.

- For every 50 minutes of instruction, you will have a 10 minute break.

- The lunch break will be 45-minutes. You may select below to add a boxed lunch for $10. You may also leave the venue for lunch on your own.

NCLBGC requires each course to have a separate check-in. If you are taking all 8-hrs, once admitted, you will remain checked-in unless you leave the venue. If you leave, you must be re-admitted for credit.

Check-in for the 8:00am class opens at 7:15am.

Check-in for the 10:00am class opens at 9:45am.

Check-in for the 12:30pm class opens at 12:00pm.

Check-in for the 2:30pm class opens at 2:15pm

To check in, you must have a photo ID, a Driver's License is preferred. To speed up the process, please have this ID ready to show upon entry into the venue.

You may register for 2-hours, 4-hours, 6-hours, or 8-hours with this form.

The annual requirement is 8-hours with 2-hours being mandatory content and 6-hours of electives.

Current Home Builder Association Members receive a discount.

HPABA will honor membership at other Associations.

Membership will be verified. If your membership is not valid, you will be required to pay the difference before receiving credit.

All students must take the 2-hour mandatory course once each year.

The other six hours are electives.
