Melodi Gibbs, Mortgage Banking Associate — Associate Member

Melodi Gibbs serves as Mortgage Banking Associate for First National Bank of Pennsylvania.  In this role, she has responsibility for the origination of Mortgage loans, including First Time Homebuyer, New Construction (CP), Lot Loans, Physician Loans, as well as Conventional, VA, FHA AND USDA Loans.  Although based in North Carolina, she can lend anywhere in the FNB footprint to help borrowers with relocation purchases and seasonal homes.

Melodi Gibbs joined First National Bank in 2022, with more than 5 years of industry experience.  Prior to First National Bank, she served as a Personal Banker, Manager of a PNC Business Banking Branch and Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant.

Melodi has a passion for helping families achieve their goals of homeownership. She resides in Lexington, NC with her 3 children.
