General Information

- These courses are scheduled to be in person. If the courses need to be moved to different location because of class size, we will contact everyone.

- For every 50 minutes of instruction, you will have a 10 minute break.

- Since we are in the HPABA conference room, you may bring any snacks/lunch or drinks you wish.

We are attempting to keep attendance small for more dynamic interaction. However, if the demand is higher than the capacity of the conference room, we will let attendees know the backup location.

Check-In

NCLBGC requires each course to have a separate check-in. If you are staying for more than one course, once admitted, you will remain checked-in unless you leave the venue. If you leave, you must be re-admitted for credit.

Check-in for the 8:00 am class opens at 7:15 am.

Check-in for the 10:00 am class opens at 9:50 am.

Check-in for the 12:30 pm class opens at 12:00 pm.

To check in, you must have a photo ID, a Driver's License is preferred. To speed up the process, please have this ID ready to show upon entry into the venue.

You may register for all courses or any one course individually with this form.

As a reminder, the annual requirement is 8-hours with 2-hours being mandatory content and 6-hours of electives.

Please Note: Some GCs may need more than 8-hours to renew if they missed CE in previous years or have disciplinary actions. If you are unsure about the hours you need, please contact NCLBGC.

Home Builders Associaton Membership

Current Home Builder Association Members receive a discount.

HPABA will honor membership at other Associations.

Membership will be verified. If your membership is not valid, you will be required to pay the difference before receiving credit.
