- These courses are scheduled to be held virtually (on Zoom). You will receive a link twice, once the week before class and once again the night before.

- For every 50 minutes of instruction, you will have a 10 minute break.

NCLBGC requires each course to have a separate check-in. If you are taking more than one class, once admitted, you will remain checked-in unless you exit Zoom. If you leave, you must be re-admitted for credit.

The link for class opens at 7:30 am. The same link will be used for all courses that day.

Please be checked in no later than 5-minutes prior to the start of class. Keep in mind others will be checking in, too. Participants are brought into the room in the order of arrival and anyone not checked in before class begins will need to reschedule.

To check in, you must have a photo ID, a Driver's License is preferred. To speed up the process, please have this ID ready to show upon entry into Zoom.

You may register for all courses or any one course individually with this form.

As a reminder, the annual requirement is 8-hours with 2-hours being mandatory content and 6-hours of electives.

Current Home Builder Association Members receive a discount.

HPABA will honor membership at other Associations.

Membership will be verified. If your membership is not valid, you will be required to pay the difference before receiving credit.

All students must take the 2-hour mandatory course once each year.

The other six hours are electives.
